1. Quotation<\/strong>Quotations are valid for 60 days or within the time period stated in the quotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Order Confirmation<\/strong>The order confirmation shall be considered accepted unless the buyer raises an objection within 3 days of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Prices<\/strong>Prices are valid for the specified quantity, including packaging, but excluding installation, commissioning at the installation site, and VAT. Summit Electronics ApS reserves the right to make adjustments in prices, without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Delivery Clause<\/strong>Ex works Albertslund. Shipment on it for the product type and after the seller’s experience safest way. Any special requests for specific shipping method, must be specified by the buyer when ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Claims<\/strong>The delivery must be inspected by the buyer immediately upon receipt for any defects or transport damage.Any claims regarding defects must be reported to the seller within 8 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Warranty<\/strong>A 12-month manufacturing warranty is provided from the date of delivery. Repairs under warranty, software changes and servicing of delivered goods can only be done by Summit Electronics ApS, unless otherwise agreed. Repairs covered by this warranty is performed free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Returns<\/strong>Non-stock items (ordered specifically) are not eligible for return. Stocked items can only be returned by prior agreement within 8 days of receipt and will be credited with max 80% of the invoiced amount will be refunded, provided the items are returned undamaged and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Documentation<\/strong>A user manual is included with each product. Additional operating instructions can be ordered against charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Payment Terms<\/strong>30 days from invoice date or cash on delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Product Liability<\/strong>Regarding liability for damage caused by the equipment (product liability), the following applies:The buyer shall indemnify the seller to the extent that the seller is held liable by a third party for damage caused by the equipment to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
